All around great job by Chris and Rafael! Arrived on time per my request. Chris and Rafael were a hardworking team and treated our possessions as if they were their own. Attention to details in wrapping items, moving them out of the apartment and loading the truck made for a successful experience with Superior Service. 01 How to Read a Mover Profile Start with the overall star rating — then check how many reviews back it up, and read the most recent ones, not just the lifetime average. Look at how long the business has been moving, how many jobs they’ve completed, and whether their service area actually covers your route.
02 Questions to Ask Before Booking Get the details in writing before you book. Ask what’s included — labor only, or truck and equipment too — how many movers will show up, and how long they expect the job to take. Confirm the cancellation and reschedule policy, and exactly how and when you’ll pay.
