Best moving service I’ve ever had. They were careful with all my belongs and moved very quickly. I will definitely be using them again!!

Fast and efficent!

They asked to Bump me to later than we had scheduled because they basically got a better opportunity. They did give me a discount but I had to call them to learn this was even an issue. They did not arrive with a dolly, but did have tools - be very clear about what they should bring. The two guys they sent were very well meaning, but not terribly skilled at assessing the several challenges we had both with the logistics of stacking and dealing with large items…

Dylan and Chris worked hard an diligently on an HHH day in our grossly underestimated move-in of an UHaul load that was poorly re-loaded from a broken down UHaul from a 2BR+ house to a 2BR 2nd FL Apt with elevator but long hauls in the hall. Highly recommend! Hope for better weather for your move!

Some of the labor need to train how to deal with the client, but the overall their work was good enough

They we on time (actually a little early which was great). They worked hard and were more than respectful of my things and me personally. I was here alone and felt safe and comfortable while they were here. They were very polite and respectful. They wrapped furniture as I requested and packed the POD nicely. They didn't use any straps to secure the furniture but maybe it's tightly packed and it won't be an issue. (I only suggested straps if needed.) I would use them again!

Omar and Jackson were my 2 helpers. They arrived early and quickly completed the job. Friendly and fairly professional. My one complaint is I had a sleeper sofa to be moved and they disassembled it before they placed it in the PODS container and did not reassemble it. Also one of the cushions was placed directly on the floor of the POD and was not covered in any way. I was unable to get to the cushion and am hoping it’s not soiled by sitting directly on the POD floor.

I'm torn between this rating and the one higher. Thought they did an excellent piecing together the all the things we needed to move. In fact, they saved us a ton of money bc of how they fit things into the PODS container. My two problems were this: 1. They didn't bring tools 2. They got sloppy wrapping furniture and scratched items by not packing more carefully

They were not here at the promised time. Reason given was the job before me ended up being more extensive than planned.

Fred and his crew did an excellent job loading our two 16-foot PODS. They were professional, personable, efficient, and took great care throughout the entire process. Even with two PODS, they finished well within the allotted time, which was extremely impressive. I would highly recommend Fred and his crew to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking moving team!

We had many heavy furnitures to be loaded. They did a great job wrapping them securing them. We had a lot of stuff to fit into the pods and they were able to figure out the jigsaw and made everything fit. We didn't think they could, but they made it work.

They were professional and very efficient. I would hire this crew for any job.
