Alexander is 5 star, but hire-a-helper was 3-4. The hire a helper system failed to validate my order to Alexander. When calling Hire A Helper, it went to VM. Thankfully it finally was resolved but over all I was scheduled for 8am and only thanks to Alexander personally making sure he could deliver did I get help at 11:30. 3.5 hours late, but that falls on the Hire a helper system.

Gus and his nephew were fantastic! They were on time and professional. We didn’t think they could fit everything in the pod but Gus was a genius and we actually had room to spare. I highly recommend them.

They arrived early and were very quick! They worked hard and got everything unloaded. However, they moved a little too fast with the fragile items - lots of boxes marked ‘fragile’ with china inside ended up upside-down, and they weren’t very careful as they were putting things down. Overall I’m satisfied - I would still have a pod full of things without their help! - but I do wish they’d been a little more careful with the boxes marked ‘fragile.’ (I haven’t unpacked the boxes yet, so no idea if anything is the worse for wear.) Still - polite, on time, and fast.
