The workers worked hard and were respectful, but they were not prepared to do the job. They did not have any necessary items to do the job i.e. tape, tie downs, etc. They used my tape and tie down to complete the job. But once I provided the items they completed the job. Also, I had to ask/remind them to use moving blankets.

Very hard working men. Showed up and showed. out. Went straight to work when the arrived took 1 5 min break. Very respectful and courteous to me and my husband. Handle the boxes and bags with care.

Excellent movers. Arrived early, which he let me know before hand to make sure I was there and ready, great communication. Worked fast and efficiently! Even backed the uhaul up for us since we were sure we could get it in a tight spot, but they nailed it. 10/10, would definitely recommend!

These movers are awesome! They work very quickly! They are very efficient and resourceful and packed the back of the Uhaul like they were in the world class Tetris Championships! The took extreme care with my items and were extremely nice. They kept me informed on when they would be arriving and even offered to help us put some of the trash items in the dumpster! Would highly recommend them to everyone! Do not pass on these movers, they are worth it!

Did good job loading pods and unloading, but did not seem to have a lot experience loading pods. Was not on time for load or unload. Did not communicate well and rarely returned calls, texts or email. Found that after the movers left, one of the refrigerator plugs in the middle drawer was not hooked up and was told he would come correct that 3 days in a row and never returned.
He did clearly have experience in moving furniture and appliances and did not damage doorways or floors. All beds and mirrors were taken down and put together well.
Very professional and polite.
I would not use them again.

It was a horrible experience, they literally threw the stuff in the truck and had the truck “full” in an hour and a half, with a large portion of our items not in the truck. Furniture cushions were thrown all over and got dirty. When they left we unloaded and reloaded the truck and were able to fit all of our items in it. It was a complete waste of money. We should not have been charged.
