Showed up early and got everything out safely to the other unit! They truly went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful for their work. I hope in future moves I'll encounter people are friendly and hard-working as they were. Thank you so much!
Guys hired to move heavy furniture should come prepared with straps and Dollys. It was obvious they did not have a solid background in how to move furniture.
In fact, I had to take over for one of the movers seeing I did not have the confidence he could do the job on a few heavy items.
Most unfortunate, especially for the cost.
Andrew and William were incredible today loading the second POD for us. On Tuesday Andrew and Chris also did an amazing job. Very efficient with loading and packed the PODs very well.
Thanks for an outstanding job.

I booked a moving appointment with Above and Beyond Moving nearly five weeks in advance of a downtown move. I was unable to get in touch with the company, but was reassured through the booking agency that the appointment was confirmed.
A day prior to the appointment, Above and Beyond Moving (finally) answered the phone. They reassured me of the time and equipment.
Above and Beyond Moving canceled ONE HOUR BEFORE THE MOVE. I found myself with a fully loaded truck downtown and elevator/dock reservations with no moving labor help. I was left high and dry in a new place with no way to unload my belongings—a true moving nightmare!
Above and Beyond Moving should rebrand themselves to “Below and Behind.”
