They did an excellent job. Arrived exactly on time and finished within the two hour work frame. They worked very quickly and as a team and were very professional and hard working. Would recommend them to anybody!

They did a good job overall, though there was room for improvement. Unloading went smoothly and quickly, finishing faster than I anticipated. They helped clean off a few items and even thoroughly checked the trailer, finding several missing bolts and screws that had fallen out of my furniture. They did arrive a bit late, outside of the scheduled window—which I understand, as I live out in the country. When they finished, it was just a quick, 'Check your email and sign here,' with nothing else mentioned. After they left, we found some damaged boxes and totes. I do not blame them for the damage, but it would have been nice if they had mentioned it instead of me discovering it days later while unpacking. Then there was our couch. When bringing it inside, they removed the plastic covering and feet to get it through the door. After they left, I went to move it and discovered greasy black stains where it had been carried without the plastic. Additionally, two of the feet fell straight off because the bolts were stripped. Nothing a little elbow grease and an Amazon order couldn't fix, but it was just not what I wanted to be dealing with while trying to unpack.

Chris and the other man were great. Very polite and professional. They arrived at 9:45 and left at 10:40. Very prepared and they worked constantly and hard. The were very respectful of our property like it was their own. I would definitely use them again. Thanks.

Easy Flow Movers were phenomenal! I would recommend this crew to anyone. The guys work quickly with no breaks, no incidents and they were not on the phones. They completed a large move out on time and they helped me removed heavy pieces I could not lift out of my home. I enjoyed their presence they work well together and are extremely professional, kind, and respectful. My truck was loaded with strategic intentionality which I found impressive because they loaded at nighttime with limited light. If you’re reading my review book with Easy Flow, LLC. right now; you will not regret it.

Easy Flow saved my behind for a difficult move! They were very communicative day of, and informed me of their arrival time. They loaded a truck full of furniture from a 3 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a very old building without an elevator. They moved everything with care into a 16ft moving truck in peak new orleans heat. 20 hours of driving later, and all my belongings arrived in perfect condition. All three men were very kind and professional. Couldn't recommend these guys more. 10/10

The morning of our move we had everything ready for the movers who were supposed to be there between 8-9 am. 8:45 arrived and we had heard nothing from the movers so we called and were informed K’Von Johnson that his team was actually double booked and that they would not be there to move our items at the originally scheduled time. When asked why he failed to inform this he could not provide a substantial answer and essentially said no. He said that he could have his team come at 6 pm to help move our items. So we called HireAHelper to discuss our options and they said that they would call and discuss with K’Von regarding on if they could actually make it at 6 pm. HireAHelper then called us back saying his crew would be there. Well 6 o’clock came and went and still no update on we could expect the crew to arrive. So we called K’Von again and he stated they were traveling back from New Orleans which was 2 hours away from me and they would be there at approximately 7 PM. So 7 o’clock came and went and it was 7:10 so again I called K’Von. This time he was frustrated and told me “that it’s been chaotic” and that he was”working with me by still having the crew come and move my stuff and not cancel.” I was frustrated with his response and overall tone as it was not my fault that his crew was double booked, he failed to communicate that to us as customers, and then was poor at communicating the ETA of his crew to arrive. His crew arrived at 7:33 pm and wrapped up the move at 9:28 pm.

The team that came in were respectful, efficient, and caring of my personal belongings. They worked with me through difficult pieces, like a large sofa bed on the second floor that seemed larger than the staircase space. They organized things in the pod with efficiency and secured them to protect them. I certaly recommend them.
