Some of my furniture got broken or scratched up because they were in a hurry. They just weren’t very careful with my items

Both guys were very nice, friendly and extremely efficient. I’m sorry I didn’t give them a tip in person but I have contacted the company to add a $50 tip to be split between them Great service!

They were quick and very helpful in every way, they were on time, and they did work hard and they acted like my belongings were there's. This was my second time using them and will always use them.

They were hard-working moved all my furniture without any problems I have white leather sofas They packed the pod in a very organized manner I plan on having them unload my pod when my house is finished

Matt was awesome to work with regarding scheduling. He was able to work with the delays incurred from 1-800-PACKRAT without any issue at all. The two men that came to unload my container were respectul to my wife and I and took great care not to damage anything while bringing our belongings into the house. I HIGHLY recommend Bend Lift and Move LLC.

Worked from 7:30 to appx 12:00 noon. Did net stay 9 hours. Jobs wasn’t completed due to try said there wasn’t enough room in the truck. Left it rather piecemeal, parts of the bed room was loaded while rest was not etc. They worked hard and were respectful.

I hired two helpers to move my things in my shed/garage and potted plants from our deck plus patio furniture. It was a lot of effort but they did an amazing job stayed right after it in 100+ degree heat index!! I made sure to have cold water and electrolyte drinks in a cooler for them ! The least I could do!! I can’t say enough about them they were very nice and polite and hard worker’s I would highly recommend using them for your move . Doug Miller
