They were on time and worked hard loading my first pod. Then things changed and they got careless and sloppy loading g the second pod. Things that I asked to make a priority didn’t even get in the pod...for a journey out of state no less. They just pretty much decide to wrap up my job without reviewing the status with me or going through the house to deal with any last items. I spent three hours after they left rearranging much of the second pod and getting a lot more loaded in it. They just got lazy and sloppy. I would NEVER use them again.
I've used them 4 times and they have never let me down. They are fast, professional, know how to pack so stuff doesn't shift and know how to protect late 19th century antiques. They have helped me pack a shipping container, a storage locker, and helped with two moves. Their attitude is wonderfully courteous even when moving in a 100+ Deg day. They are my preferred movers and I am willing to wait for an opening with them.
Although they worked hard when they were there, there were some unprofessional things that happened, and they lost my trust to choose this company again. The seemed very "rushed" and that might be because they brought their children to the appointment. They did get the job done though.
My company has used these guys for 3 separate jobs, and 3 times they did not disappoint. I would recommend A1 for any job in the Salt Lake City area. On time, dressed professional, and worked hard, was a pleasure.
