I will use J&E again! Next time we move, we are calling them for help. They were great! Hired to help unload a uhaul into a second floor apartment, they were on time, treated our items with respect, and their pricing was very competitive! They even finished early, we could not have done it without hiring them! Thanks, guys! We’ll recommend them and will use them again!
Not only the nicest but the best!!!!
They outdid all expectations
And I am a engineer whom is short on compliments but can't say enough about Marcus and his crew!!!!
They disassembled and reassessembled a four post commercial car lift that took an Otis elevator crew of four to originally assessemble 0.00
They packed and stacked beyond anyone's expectations
And took care of my possessions more careful than I could
I would highly recommend them

I paid Sam’s Moving to load an upright piano on a covered 5x8 U-haul trailer in Grants Pass, Oregon. I wanted it to be loaded by professionals and paid an additional $250 for the service.
In addition, I purchased two furniture dollies and straps to make loading and unloading easier. They did not use the dollies and by the time I noticed this, they were already part way into the trailer. Because it was beginning to rain, I did not want them to back out and start over, but I did mention this to them.
Instead of loading the piano situated in the center of the trailer, they strapped it to the side. When asked why they said that the rest of the cargo, which I did discuss with them, would balance the load out.
Upon my arrival Houston, I had another professional moving company unload the piano. What they found was the legs of the piano had poked two holes through the trailer floor. They said that the original movers should have padded the floor with cardboard boxes. They also said the piano should have been loaded in the center of the trailer and felt that the Sam’s Movers did not know what they were doing, even though I specified that the job entailed loading a piano and I paid $250 for the service.
I will not use Sam’s Movers again.
Davis and Marcus were great! They took great care with my furniture and belongings and worked hard and fast to pack everything in a very short time. They arrived on time and finished early. They were friendly and very appreciative of my business. I would highly recommend Thumbs Up!
