I don't leave reviews usually, but these folks are the best. Alex, Vanessa, and the entire team are top tier pros. My move was anything but easy - so many challenges. Alex went out of his way to do whatever he could to try to take all the stress out. They communicate early and often, are responsive, are very punctual, and bust their butts to get the job done fast and well. I absolutely cannot recommend Step By Step Logistics enough, you won't be disappointed.

Dontrel’s crew were efficient, organized, respectful, and polite. They took pride in their work and it shows on how the items were packed and handled. They maximized the space of the PODS container we ordered. Though we had more items than we thought we had, they staged the remaining items as such that it would be easier to load in the next container. To me, that’s going above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I booked this service last minute when my plans fell through. The rate was reasonable, the two movers were very professional, they truly did go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. The owner was willing to work with me when I was not able to keep my orginal time. I am planning to use this service again in the future.

Super quick and friendly!

1st guy arrived a few minutes early and all three were there ready to work. They brought a hand truck and also used the one I provided from the truck rental. They were respectful, efficient, and very careful with the items that needed extra attention! Would definitely use again!

wow! I moved on Sept 9th and the two men showed up exactly on time! Vincent assured me exactly when (I even pushed it back a couple hours as I was having trouble with my cat!) and no fee for that. the two men expertly parked the 17 foot truck and brought all my stuff down with their equipment. they also wrapped what needed to be wrapped and were FAST. They wouldnt even stop for a soda though I insisted! I wasnt charged for stairs. (no stairs at first place) they were kind and personable. they were so very fast. Thats the main thing. and took care. Nothing broken. and were professional. I recommend them and when I move again if I need movers I will hire them again. Susan
