They handle our stuff like it was their own. They worked hard and very very efficient. They put everything right where we wanted it. And even moved when we realized we told they the wrong place.

Justin and David did an amazing job helping me get ready for a garage sale! They moved a very heavy freezer and filing cabinet out of my basement and they were so careful not to damage any walls or flooring. They also moved two dressers, two recliners, and a mattress and box springs. They also helped me move a few things in my garage. Lastly, they even helped me take apart a bed frame. They were kind, courteous and fun and made the experience easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend At Ease Moving LLC for any small or large moving job.

Was suppose to arrive between 9 & 10. At 10:20 I called and they said internet was down and did not have my address when they arrived they apologized and got to work. When moving fridge the hit an island and bent front of fridge. When I asked about it he said he did not do it. My husband saw it happen. Argued for 20 minutes and said he was not going to do anything about it Will not be using this company again

They were early to arrive, and unloaded the pod both quickly and safely. They acted professionally and were very friendly and even accommodating when we mistakenly had asked them to put an item downstairs that belonged upstairs—and vice-versa! The only odd thing was that we had requested online (and it was confirmed online) that they come between 8 and 9 AM instead of the original schedule of arriving between 7 and 8, but they called before 7 stating that they would arrive within a half hour. It seems that they had never been informed of the schedule change, but that was probably a failure to communicate with them by their online system, so I don’t fault them for that. Everything worked out perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again, if needed.

The 2 young men that showed up were very professional and friendly. If we lived here we would use them again.The best help we have had can’t say enough they are the best!!

The team did arrive about 20 mins after the designated window, however it was not a big deal. The team was very helpful and was super efficient with our time and actually got done early. They were prepared and had the tools needed to disassemble furniture for the move. I would recommend LaDoux for a move again!

Everything was taken care of with respect and thoughtfulness. I felt cared for and valued. They asked questions before, during and afterwards. They did a walk through for clarity at the beginning in closing. So happy!

The entire crew was courteous, professional, and extremely hardworking. They arrived promptly and immediately got to work. We were very pleased with the excellent service provided by every member of the team, especially their eagerness to get everything loaded as quickly and carefully as possible. They treated our belongings and property with respect, worked efficiently throughout the entire job, and maintained a positive, helpful attitude from beginning to end. We truly appreciated their dedication and would gladly recommend them and use their services again.

Although we requested four helpers for the move, the three the showed to make the move (loaded and unloading) did a very good and efficient job. The three worked hard, respecting property and goods. We would use them again and might very well when we make our move from storage to our new home later this year. The final cost of the move was reasonable and fair.
