I can’t get over how prompt the packers were . I just knew all of my things weren’t going to fit in the pod But the way they placed and packed everything I had room to spare and they did it all in a hour and a half . They were friendly , professional and polite . I would differently recommend them to anyone .
They were on time. Aaron called immediately to confirm. The only issue I had was the crew did not stack the boxes in a more appropriate manner, I.e. heaviest boxes on the bottom, larger boxes beneath smaller boxes. I saw one of the workers pulling a hand truck who hit the wall and just looked briefly back at it. I had to repair it later. I would recommend this company but if I used them again, I would discuss this with Aaron and I am confident he would address his team.
Carlos and Jeremy arrived on time an did an awesome job. Shown where to put things they offloaded, they did so with care and speed, completing the job in the time booked. Polite and helpful with a couple of my requests, we couldn’t have wished for better hires.
We would definitely use them and C and C should we move again. Heartedly recommend!
HIDE YOUR VALUABLES! Theft of THOUSANDS in jewelry and noise-canceling headphones by the three crewmembers sent to pack and load our truck. I immediately noticed the missing headphones while the truck was being loaded because we intended to take them with us in our overnight bags. Each crewmember said the other must have loaded and they were already on the truck. Several weeks after moving and trying to get settled into the new house I went to the drawer which had contained my individually bagged jewelry from where we'd previously evacuated for hurricanes. Everything is gone. Thousands in rings, necklaces and earrings inherited from family. I am absolutely sick! David from TurboMovers failed to immediately address the disappearance of the Bluetooth headphones and has not responded to follow up contact or the notice of my missing jewelry.
