While the young men were courteous and respectful, Customer Service training is needed.
1. They broke a very sentimental plaque and didn’t tell me.
2. They packed FULL trash cans with trash in them into my POD.
3. I advised of the things I DID NOT want packed, and they packed them any way.
Not on time and will never use again. Because of the owner Michael inabilities to communicate well he ruin a timeframe that was simple and uncomplicated. His reason for lateness was untrue and he kept trying to justify it. He was trying to find a second person to help him do the job. As a business partner Hire a helper, I will not call them again either because all they care about is the 2 hour min payment with no regards to making a small Monterey gesture to show that they feel my pain, like waiving service fee of $29 and charging back True Life Movers and this easy task would not have become a headache, but maybe they both don’t need repeat business and I’ll help spread the word.
The two movers were on time. They took an initial assessment of what was needed and got straight to work. My initial contact with the owner was positive and professional. I'd go with this company again and recommend to others!
