They were great! They got everything in and everything done quickly. They were on time as well. However, it wasn’t until I got to my destination and had my move out crew that I saw they damaged my desk, dresser, and bed frame. They hid it in the pod and didn’t say anything. I am working on filing a claim now, but that really changed my perspective on them. I thought they were great until that happened.

The arrival window for the move was between 10-11a, the movers did not show up until 12:25p. Also, I booked for 3 hours. The service only took 2 with no way to refund that additional hour I paid for.

They were on time and did excellent work. Nothing was scuffed or scratched. They completed the work in less than the estimated time. I would hire them again. I definitely recommend them.

Deshawn and Gerald were incredible. They arrived at the early end of the window and were efficient with the time and careful with my belongings. I did not hire LMM for packing, but they helped me pack my TV more safely and even used my leftover boxes to provide extra protection in the POD. I would recommend LMM to anyone.

The two young men who help me with the move were terrific. They were fast, but careful. Happy to help out. Didn't really take a break--just kept working. They were "experts" in packing not only the large van, they filled our small storage unit while I panicked on my phone securing another unit. When I walked back to the gentlemen with news of an additional unit, they said, "You can cancel it. We fit everything in the small unit." I highly recommend Joshua (and his partner--brother? Didn't speak with him as much as Joshua). Together they worked very hard, and made the experience smooth.

Very nice guys and did a very good job of loading the U boxes and getting everything packed tightly. They did a great job and it was a very hot day.

Wonderfull experience

Joshua and Farod came on time, went right to work, packed for us efficiently into a container. They were pleasant and personal, and still professional.

Two gentlemen arrived on time to move approximately 6 pieces of furniture approximately 12 miles. Two pieces were Antiques w/glass. They wrapped items carefully, were pleasant, and finished in 2 hours. The owner checked on my unpacking/settle in process the following two days and offered any add’l help needed Definitely recommend these two gentlemen!

Hector and Gerald from Kai Kai’s did a great job. Hector messaged me about 1/2 hour before they arrived, which I appreciated. They worked really hard and efficiently, making sure they carried each box or furniture item to the correct room I needed it to be in. They took great care not to damage or mark door frames, floors, walls, etc. I could tell they are seasoned professionals at moving people. I would definitely recommend them, and I would use them again without hesitation.
