We had the most amazing gentlemen, Angel and Darren, help us today. We needed to load a pod and it was over 100 degrees outside. They showed up on time and worked so hard to get the job done. We are very pleased with the service and would definitely use and recommend them again.

I cannot recommend this moving company based on my experience.
One of the movers appeared to be intoxicated and was unable to safely perform the work. The second mover worked extremely hard and did his best under very difficult circumstances.
When I raised my concerns with the owner/manager, rather than addressing the issue professionally, I was told I was not being truthful. As a result, I had to personally help the hardworking mover carry heavy furniture up two flights of stairs. I am 65 years old and have a bad back—the very reason I hired professional movers in the first place.
The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and refusal to take responsibility for a serious safety concern made this a very disappointing experience.
What did occur during your move were several situations where my crew recommended safer moving practices that were declined. For example, they advised removing a television from an entertainment center before carrying it up a staircase with a landing and emptying a fully loaded dresser before taking it upstairs. These recommendations are standard safety procedures intended to reduce the risk of injury and property damage. My employees are expected to speak up when they believe a safer method should be used, and I fully support them in doing so.
Although we did not agree with your assessment, I still extended a goodwill billing adjustment in an effort to resolve the matter. Our commitment has always been to perform every move safely, professionally, and with the best interests of both our customers and our employees in mind.
