Relocate Your Employees for Less

I had two helpers for 3 hours to load my shipping container and they called ahead to tell me they were on their way and when they would be arriving, which was on time. They showed up with 2 hand carts and rolls of floor protectors. I told them what my priority items were in case we ran out of time, but they got everything I wanted packed. I had a couple difficult items to pack due to glass shelves and a glass dining room table top that I wasn’t sure I would be able to pack without it breaking. They wrapped them in cardboard and built a sleeve out of cardboard for the table top and shrink wrapped it to my table. They went out of their way to get everything packed with care, even the boxes I had stacked ip in the hall and still left me room to add more boxes. They did a wonderful job and were very careful of surroundings. I would definitely recommend them.

Arrived on time, worked safely and quickly. Had a POD to unload, some items into home, some into rental van for storage unit. I stood and directed where items went. They assembled our sofa. Then followed me to storage unit and unloaded there. All completed within a hour. They were kind, careful and I would definitely recommend them. I will use them again for any heavy moving needs I have.

I cannot overstate how much I appreciated Victor and Don. This level of service should be the gold standard. Quick and professional and a great conversation all at the same time. Julio and Brian did a fantastic job and took excellent care of my belongings. They were particularly careful with my heirloom secretary desk and grandmother clock. They showed up on time, worked very hard and efficiently, and made me feel well taken care of. I highly recommend them.

Our two helpers did an awesome job. They were on time they worked hard. They were very careful with all of our furniture trying not to damage your scratch anything they did a good job of organizing everything on the pod so that it could fit as much as possible inside they were very clean and neat did not make any messes. I would definitely use them again thank you guys.

DBD Home Services were fantastic!! I didn’t get enough space in my two PODS. These guys were expert packers. They quickly figured out the best way to maximize the space I did have… they made all my must haves and more fit! I’m so thankful I was connected to DBD Home Services… Job well done!! Cat

Super company! Steve and Frank did a great job from every aspect, starting with communication. I was contacted a day ahead of time to ensure we were on the same page with our expectations of when and how the job was going to proceed, so I was ready with necessary supplies and they showed up on time with the game plan. A preliminary walkthrough, then right to work. These guys worked like a metronome - constant and steady. They loaded the POD with everything fitting into its space with maximum efficiency. I had been worried we wouldn’t have enough room, but we even have space left over! I feel very sure that my furniture is going to be safe and secure on the trip, and there was no damage to my walls or floors. At my advanced age, I certainly hope that this is my final move, but I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again if we needed them.

Jacob and Caleb were very accomodating, efficient and helpful with our requests and needs. They were cleaning up the packing materials as they were moving the furnishings to our desired locations. They were able to disassemble the platform bedframe that we had been using then moved our transported bed in its place.

The crew was prompt. Communicated clearly about being on their way — moved all we needed. They did a great job

They were early to arrive, and unloaded the pod both quickly and safely. They acted professionally and were very friendly and even accommodating when we mistakenly had asked them to put an item downstairs that belonged upstairs—and vice-versa! The only odd thing was that we had requested online (and it was confirmed online) that they come between 8 and 9 AM instead of the original schedule of arriving between 7 and 8, but they called before 7 stating that they would arrive within a half hour. It seems that they had never been informed of the schedule change, but that was probably a failure to communicate with them by their online system, so I don’t fault them for that. Everything worked out perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again, if needed.
