Movers kept me informed of arrival time since the were delayed by a few minutes. The crew was very friendly and efficient. They made moving day much less stressful!

They did a good job considering that only 2 packers were sent out each day for 5 hours for 2 days, then 3 hours for 2 days. Honestly, at least 5 packers should have been sent to pack up a 2,000 SF house on day 1. It would have been completed in less time and would have cost me less time, money and patience, which I ran out of at the end. Time was of the essence in this packing and loading job; however, it must have been lost in my constant stressing this issue. Overall, I am sure that my client who's house was being packed up and loaded into containers is thrilled that they didn't have to do the work themselves and would highly recommend.

Probably the best moving experience ive ever had. All 4 guys were friendly, super efficient, quick, and careful with my stuff. I would highly recommend them. Ive moved a lot, so I do not say this lightly when I say they were excellent!

I would highly recommend Urban Lift. Our two loaders Sergio and Marco were very professional. They handled our property with care and were able to maximize the limited space we had in the pod. Sergio made a video on how he took apart the futon bed and sent it to us at our destination so that we could put the bed back together. They were on time and worked the entire time. Thank you for their service!

Joshua & Jonathan were great. Everything loaded safely and efficiently. Appreciate them and highly recommend for moving.

We had many heavy furnitures to be loaded. They did a great job wrapping them securing them. We had a lot of stuff to fit into the pods and they were able to figure out the jigsaw and made everything fit. We didn't think they could, but they made it work.

Yusef was extremely quick to respond to our request. Jacob and his helper were amazing. Jacob arrived 30 minutes early and quickly helped us to start unloading our truck. They had all of our large items up to our 3rd floor walk up in no time. They were kind, fun and encouraging. They were worth every penny and I would use them again for any move.

Yes they were on time, respectful of my property, very courteous. I have 3 flites of stairs and it rained just enough to jump the humidity sky high. They worked hard without stopping. I have zero complaints and zero problem recommending them to anyone. I would definitely use them again!
