Jordan and Kaylen (sp?) called ahead, showed up on time, and starting moving what I was pointing at... and then courteously asked me to show them the whole lot of items so they could do some planning. Letting them run the rest of the show was a great move. They packed my shipping container quickly, efficiently, and carefully. A few things didn't make it into the container, and they were quick to consult with me on what I wanted to deprioritize when room was running short. My only gripe is that they didn't explicitly ask if I wanted to extend the time, and I wasn't paying much attention to how long it was taking, but I didn't really care because they made my day so much easier and faster. Totally worth it.

These guys were awesome! I am amazed at their packing skills. They were super nice and polite and very efficient. They were right on time, and hit the ground running as soon as they got there. I wish I could have them on the other end of the move!

Jordan and Jahari were great. They arrived on time and communicated frequently about their arrival. They worked smoothly together and were careful with my furniture - wrapping pieces I had forgotten. They loaded my truck quickly and made sure everything fit. Very organized, courteous and professional.

I've been cleaning out the house for over 4-months now in preparation for moving and I really needed some "expert help" in packing the 16-foot POD container effectively and fully! John and Steve were in contact with me and came right on time. I had plenty of different size boxes, tape guns, stretchwrap, and small bubble wrap for them to use. There really is an Art to packing a POD! They jumped right in and worked straight for 3-hours. They both were professional and you could tell they know how to do this! I was very pleased...this was the best help I've had during the whole clean-up/clean-out process. I would recommend you have as much boxed and pre-staged as possible to go into the POD. I would "Highly" recommend MovingZoom to anyone needing a helping hand packing and loading a POD! Time and Money well spent!

From the moment we selected HireAHelper, the process was about as perfect as it could be. We were contacted immediately and figured out the right time, etc. We were kept updated as the date approached and the day of, the team arrived as scheduled. They were friendly, worked hard and fast considering how many different things they were trying to fit in the POD. They brought tools with them, made sure not to hit the walls on the way out and made sure to use our blankets to cover special pieces. We could tell they were experienced and they figured out how to fit every last piece of our furniture in the 16 x 8 x 8 POD. They did it! We locked it up, paid them and we all drove away. Perfect!!
