Justin and Phillip arrived on time, listened carefully to what was important to me, worked cooperatively and quickly, kept me notified about what they were doing and when they took a break, and did the best they could when the containers I got were not sufficient for my belongings. More importantly, when I had to scramble and decided on getting another PODS, the owner, Pat, was incredibly helpful in working with me to get the keys and arrange the next loading. Finally, just as they were driving away, I came running over to get their help because my neighbor did not have the equipment to move the refrigerator they had bought from me. Justin and Phillip did it! Moving Zoom was fantastic and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

They gave me a time window to expect them and on the day of they kept me updated on when they would arrive. What I consider professional and courteous. They took care of everything and made the move less painful. They took apart my adjustable bed and actually put it back together again, which made a huge difference in getting other stuff done timely all day. I will use them again and also recommend them in the future.

Phenomenal service! Thank you, thank you! Jonathon called when they were heading to my house, providing me with a bang-on ETA and they arrived on time with the promised equipment and were prepared to get this horrible, thankless job done. Moving, for most people, is a miserable experience (give me a root canal any day rather than make me move!) and they were the highlight of our day. They were so respectful of our belongings, taking great care to wrap and protect items before taking them down to the truck. They were polite friendly, hard working and extremely professional! We had an unfortunate washing machine flooding experience toward the end of the load out and they quickly helped us get the washer pulled out so we could access the water shutoff. They ended up with wet pants and shoes as a result but they carried for the rest of the day on like the champs they are without complaint! When (heaven forbid!) I need to move again, MovingZoom will be the first call I make. Jonathon, Jared and Jahari (apologies if the spelling is incorrect!), you are nothing short of AMAZING! Kudos to you all for a tremendous job! Well done, gentlemen!!
