Texted that they were on their way. Came in very polite introduce themselves shook my hand when they walked in. . Fast efficient hard-working. We will need to have everything unloaded and I definitely want the same young men to come in and do the moving back into the house when the time comes. These guys were great! They worked fast and had positive attitudes. We had a ~25 minute drive time, issues getting the key to unlock the place so they could unload the truck, and the new place has three flights of stairs - even with all that we were done in less than 2 hours. Would recommend!

When informed that the POD would travel 2,000 miles John and Sean took extra care to wrap our furniture with blankets, cardboard and shrink wrap. They also provided recommendations on how we can create custom boxes for our large pictures that will go into our next and last POD. They did a great job all around.

John and Shawn (sp?) were simply great; professional, quick and incredibly efficient. If we didn’t see it with our own eyes we wouldn’t haven believed it; especially under the pressure of our time constraints. Like Las Vegas magicians such as Copperfield—but more like Penn and Teller—who pull Elephants out of hats . . . John and Shawn turned (what seemed to us) a jumbo amount of goods into a mouse when it came to filling the Pod. There we were panicking over the thought of needing an additional unit when in fact they had a room’s worth of space to spare when the job was completed. Of course, we can’t thank Hire A Helper enough for their marvelous organization and sending such superbly competent workers.
