We are sorry to hear that your experience with MovingZoom did not meet your expectations, but we are glad to hear everything arrived undamaged at your new house across the country. I was personally on this crew, and I can assure you we did not intentionally work slowly to receive more pay. We are experienced professionals who understand this does not benefit us in the long run; it leads to customer dissatisfaction, which in turn leads to negative online reviews and less future business. You initially booked a two-person crew for two hours. My colleague and I loaded your entire 26 foot truck for an interstate move in just under four hours. We wrapped and loaded all the furniture and miscellaneous items from inside your house, along with hundreds of boxes, several outdoor pieces from your backyard and shed, and a garage full of unpacked miscellaneous items. During our initial walk through, you showed us approximately 85% of the stuff you wanted loaded. You kept adding more pieces throughout the load and acted as though you had already told us about these pieces. We sincerely hustled to finish your move as quickly as reasonably possible, and we take great pride in our work. You contend we loaded things at the end with no rhyme or reason. Respectfully, it’s more accurate to say you did not understand the rhyme and reason. I would have explained our strategy, but you left with your sister for an hour to drop things off at Goodwill while my associate and I loaded these items. As you acknowledge in your review, everything arrived at your new residence undamaged after thousands of miles of travel, which indicates we loaded your items properly. The end of the load didn’t look as neat as did the boxes and beautifully wrapped dressers/couches we loaded first because the end of the load consisted of unboxed miscellaneous items from the garage. Rather than invest several hours in boxing these items, which would have cost you a lot more money, we loaded them unboxed as best we could. We do apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstandings during the move. We always strive to provide the best possible service to our customers and appreciate your feedback.
