They arrived on time and Pat, the job captain, told us our 16' POD may not be big enough to hold all of our belongings. It turns out they were right (we feel PODs customer service should have advised us to get another container, but that's another story). We were leaving on a plane the next day for our cross country move and there wasn't enough time to get another POD delivered to our address to load the rest of our stuff. Pat suggested that he get a rental truck for the rest of our things and drive it to the local PODs storage facility where they had a container available. There were some nail-biting moments along the way, but Pat saved the day. He and his crew were polite and professional, and did their best to load as much as they could onto our POD as safely as possible. They seem to genuinely care about their customers.

The team showed up within the agreed time window despite San Francisco traffic and were able to load a truck with our stuff from two separate apartments by carefully packing things in tight. We ended up using almost the entire truck when I was worried we would run out of space. They worked very hard and we completed just a little early. I would gladly use them again.

Initially, we had an issue with MovingZoom. While one of our helpers was fantastic (friendly, accommodating, easy to work with) our other helper was a complete jerk. He was dismissive towards me and my girlfriend, he argued with us about best practices for packing fragile items, and demonstrated numerous times that although he might have 4 years of "experience", he's far from a professional mover. But the saving grace was Pat—MovingZoom's owner—who went above and beyond in addressing our concerns and delivering top-notch customer service. His awesomeness in response to a problem—combined with our first Helper's fantastic service—is why MovingZoom deserves 5 stars, and is absolutely worth working with.

John and his crew did an awesome job. They called to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. They worked really hard and smart packing the POD expertly and getting a huge amount in there with no wasted space. They were very careful with all our items. I would definitely use them again, I was very impressed with their work.

The team was a little late coming from Berkeley due to morning traffic, but they called ahead and let us know that they would be delayed. We had booked 2 helpers to pack our stuff in two different apartments. Once they arrived, they were prepared with tools and some wrapping supplies for a 4 hour packing job. Joe and Steve were knowledgeable about how we should pack (using everything we had available to pack things safely and securely), extremely efficient packing items (finishing with time to spare), and all around helpful including helping us understand how to best load the truck. Would gladly use them again and plan to have MovingZoom load our truck in a couple of days from now. I can't believe I haven't hired help to pack before. Worth every penny.

Pat and his crew were fantastic. They were not only prepared for all of the things we needed to pack but their attention to detail for how to safely and efficiently pack each item was far above any other moving service I have used. Pat communicated clear arrival times and walked us through the process to make the storage as efficient as possible. Everyone on his time was incredibly careful, not only with the items they were moving but making sure not to scratch of dent the walls. They were all really nice people. It was by far the best packing service we've ever received and they would be my first call if I needed another packing service.
