Our POD arrived early and they were able to move up our move to earlier in the day on request. They were courteous, and kept offering to do more when we finished with the bulk of the move early. They did chip some paint on a wall after I had already told them it would be a better idea to take that piece of furniture through a different door. However, they did take full responsibility for it and asked us to let them know how much it would cost to repair. Thankfully we have touch up paint, so it should be ok. I would give 5 stars if not for that.

I used Moving Zoom to unpack two large POD containers for my retail store. They were wonderful to work with, and very careful with the items being handled. They called ahead to confirm when they would be there, and showed up right when they said they would. They were very professional and polite. They worked swiftly, and efficiently to keep within my scheduled hours and they asked, if I needed anything else, as they had a bit of extra time within my two hour minimum. I would absolutely recommend them again for any moving needs that I may have for my business or personal needs.

The MovingZoom workers were on time and efficient in moving and loading the POD. They brought straps and plastic if I needed them. I was amazed at how quickly the POD was packed. I would definitely use Moving zoom again.

Our helpers showed up on time. In fact a bit early. We liked that from the beginning. We are in our sixties and we've always found it to be so important for younger people to be respectful etc. These two young men were both CLASS ACTS !! They were very careful with everything we had new or falling apart...LOL... They got the job done in record time and even gave us some straps to tie things down in the truck when we didn't have any. They loaded the truck carefully and made sure that everything was secure and not going to move around during the move. We'd use them again in a heartbeat !!
