This is an edit to an earlier review....
My initial experience was not a good one. The movers were friendly but not very professional, with one even repeatedly taking his mask off inside my home. Worked very slowly and took all the light/small items first, allowing my 3-hour prepaid window to expire with most of the really heavy items still in the home. Which meant doing a lot of heavy lifting on my own after they left.
However, the company proactively reached out to me a few days later for my feedback, and when I explained what had happened, they were genuinely apologetic and acted immediately to make everything right. Though I wish things had just gone smoothly to begin with, the company quickly corrected things on the back end and re-earned my trust.

The MovingZoom movers did a fantastic job in loading our items to fit the 7 x 7 x 8 POD. They professionally arranged all the items, which included many boxes, a dresser, a king size bed, mattress and box springs!
They did all this within the span of 2hrs, while asking insightful questions as they worked.

Fantastic job. Movers showed up on time and were experts at getting our stuff packed right so that it could all fit into a relatively small container. Very efficient and professional. Would definitely recommend using them.

Very responsive, very professional, very well coordinated. The three movers I hired arrived early but gave me the option to wait till our original agreed upon time. They somehow managed to pack a crazy amount of items into my 7ft Pod and actually left room for more items. They were respectful and asked before they took apart anything and just gave me a smile when I kept on adding items to the Pod. If I ever need movers again in SF I would definitely hire them
