These two guys were the absolute best ever. I’m a neurotic woman. I asked a million questions and they were patient every single time. I would change my mind and decide I didn’t want to take an item and they were very good about that. They ended up having to stay longer than the original plan, but they were both very accommodating about that. I appreciated their services so much more than a simple. I hope I tipped them enough. My only regret is, I want these two to unpack the pod when I finally get moved. Yes, they were that outstanding!!!! Thank you so much for your stellar service!

This is the second time I Have used Hire a Helper in the past couple of years. Once again, they did a great job. They went the extra yard to find me a replacement mover after first one cancelled due to Coronavirus concerns. The helpers themselves were great. I’d recommend this service.

I reserved Moving Zoom at the last minute. I was scheduled with a different moving company who canceled at the last minute due to rain. Moving Zoom accepted my last minute reservation and the best guys came to move me. They were exceptional. Very courteous. They introduced themselves upon arrival. I forgot their names only because i am tired lol. They handled my belongings with care and the worked tirelessly. I would 100% use this company again in hopes of getting the same two movers. Thank you Moving Zoom. You are the best!!!

The two boys that came to load my two bedroom apartment into a 20 foot truck were more interested in planning their evening events than loading my truck. The lead boy was on his phone more than he was working. Therefore, a 2 hour job took 4.5 hours. My furniture was not wrapped properly and my furniture has lots of dings in it and my very expensive glass lamp was broken beyond repair. ALL boxes w that were fragile were properly marked Fragile and apparently were ignored.
They were not properly trained for this type of work. The helper did most of the work and did his best with little and experience. I would not recommend this team of workers.

The two workers were prompt within the time frame given to me. They were both extremely polite. They were able to get everything packed and moved within the two hour time. Excellent work, would use them again.
