Terrible experience overall on both ends. The movers who packed did a horrible job and several items were damaged in transit including a bed frame, lamps, and my TV. The movers who unloaded showed up 2 hours late and took an extra hour to unload. They also did not set up my bed frame or dinning table. Would never, ever use this service again. Immensely disappointed.
Unloading was very difficult due to the way the truck was packed by the previous movers, and we had to take extra precautions carefully pulling things off, so things would not get damaged. We showed up within our time frame and provided speedy services. After changing customers, move date numerous times and still not knowing if we were going to be doing the job in the morning because of her pods delay but i've called her in the morning, and she finally told me that her part pods arrived at seven a m and wanted them done immediately, even though her reservation was not until noon. Customers storage unit was closed, so we had to travel to another storage unit and had to wait an additional forty minutes for customer to arrange storage. Due to the fact that customer time ran out because of her storage unit incident and the way the truck was packed. She did not want us to provide any more services for putting together beds or furniture Because she knew she had to pay additional money.
Additionally, we rescheduled this customer three different times Due to the fact that her pods were delayed. I feel that our company went beyond the call of duty for this customer and did everything that we could.

I appreciated the time that Bruce spent talking me through the whole process and how many packing materials I might need to get, during two phone conversations. He instilled confidence that they would be able to handle any unusual situations. Chris and Lee were on time. They worked hard and skillfully. They respected my goods, as well as my suggestions and requests about how to arrange things. They worked smoothly as I was marking up the boxes they made. I had had things scattered in various containers all across my basement, and they got them packed up and ready to go in half the space. Some of these containers were cardboard boxes in various conditions, which they checked. They expertly packed the ones that could be used for moving more efficiently, while discarding the other ones and repacking the contents into my new boxes. They put away the waste and cleaned up debris. They worked cheerfully and professionally throughout. All three of them were courteous and respectful at all times. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
