The movers were both great kids. They worked hard the entire time they were here and were very polite. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with their move!

They did well the first day. Just before the second day, I asked for junk removal and moving. HireAHelper did not transmit this information to them. When they arrived for a second time, however, they proceeded to do SOME junk removal and moving. Unbeknownst to me, an employee (most likely the guy who showed up on the second day and not the first) reported me to their boss, and another said that they have to stop work; this meant that I had to pay for some time (they measured by the hour) for labor that they would not perform. The second job, in essence, was (partially) a “no show job” (ask Tony Soprano and the union bosses), at least, for the time not worked. Also (for the second job), part of the crew spent a good amount of time talking amongst themselves and being idle. The one who went behind my back could have at least said “if we have to do junk removal, we have to stop the job”. Instead, they gave no warning, and just stopped the ball. This means that both HireAHelper and the mover dropped the ball, leaving me with the burden. I got a partial refund, but, still this mover short-changed me for some partial work not done.
Our services are limited to moving-related work, including loading, unloading, packing, unpacking, and rearranging furniture within the home. These service limitations were communicated to you through HireAHelper and Amanda with Top Movers.
We do not provide hazardous-level garbage or biohazardous waste removal. The conditions our movers encountered were beyond the scope of the services ordered and included rat droppings, roaches, and rotten food throughout the home. Despite these unhealthy and difficult working conditions, our movers made every effort to complete the requested moving services safely and professionally.
Both days, our movers completed the work that was specifically requested and included on the work orders: loading and unloading your PODs. We fulfilled the services that were ordered and agreed upon. Thank you for your feedback and for choosing Top Movers.

On time, but completely unprepared for the job. No carts or lifting belts for moving furniture and boxes. Job completed only because at last minute we been lucky to get moving carts from office management of the complex.
Our movers arrived with the necessary supplies to properly load your 6-foot relocube, as we do with every move in accordance with our company policy.
This was also the first move of the day for our crew and was completed in approximately 40 minutes. You had originally booked 2 movers, but we had an additional mover available at no extra charge to you because the crew’s next job required 3 movers.
We always make sure our crews arrive prepared with the necessary moving supplies, and we’re glad we were able to complete your move quickly and efficiently. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify what happened.

We were so desperate for movers after a company cancelled on us. The online process for HireAHelper was SO much easier than any other site I looked at. The guys were on time, immediately got to work efficiently and quickly. The job involved heavy lifting up two flights of stairs, but none of it posed a problem for them. We were so relieved that the job was taken care of so well and that we could return the rental truck finally!

We had a challenge at the beginning because they arrived late (due to being held up longer than expected at the job before ours) and I was getting nervous because we had to have everything out that night. However, as soon as they arrived, they worked SO INCREDIBLY HARD and did an excellent job! They were all kind and helpful and took great care of our belongings and were attentive to doing everything possible to set our minds at ease and get the job done and done wonderfully. They did!!
