The entire crew was courteous and helpful and did a good job. We will use Golden Way again whenever we need moving. Shaq was so helpful and even tried to assist us in getting our orders with Pack-Rat correct. Pack-Rat has no continuity in helping their customers and working with Pack-rat has been so extremely stressful! Shaq was the only individual who actually seemed to care about getting our orders in a timely manner and correctly even though this was not his job. Can’t say how much his concerned meant to us.

The service was outstanding, all the movers were great, very friendly and efficient. They took apart and wrapped all the furniture for us, they brought the supplies with them so we didn’t have to go out and get anything. They also provided the truck so we did not have to rent one. We booked last minute so we are very appreciative they were able to accommodate us. Cody and Courtney were the lead/manager. When I move back to FL, I know who to call. 10/10 would recommend.
