I had a move, but the movers were supposed to come between 12 PM and 1 PM. They never showed up. When you call the company you have to leave a message and they call you back. I had called well over three times before somebody finally contacted me and this was 30 minutes after the start time. I was moving to another state. It was very important to me that I left on a certain time and be on the road by a certain time. This did not happen due to this moving company. I spoke with a female and a male who I assume were the operators of the company . This is not a company of their word. I would never use this company again. Moving in itself, is stressful the last thing you wanna worry about is if the movers are actually going to show up or not, they did take my money on time though.

I scheduled for them to come out between 11-12 then they said they could make it between 1-2. They did not show up until 430. Then after everything was done hours later one of there works contacted me stating they never got paid and were ghosted by the company. He was a day hire. I would NOT recommend this company.

Owner was very unprofessional when it came to payment, shady. Some of my items were damaged even though I provided the proper protection and equipment to use.

When I spoke with the company I asked if the helpers were experienced with loading a truck and if they would have a dolly with them. I was assured that they were experienced and that they would bring a flat dolly with them. They were supposed to show up between 9 & 10 am. At about 9:50 am I got a text telling me they were running late but would arrive at 10:20. At 10:45 they finally arrived without a dolly. By that time, we had taken all the smaller boxes and put them in the driveway - had we not done that they wouldn't have been able to finish in the 2 hours we paid for and this was only loading a 15 foot truck. They had little to no experience in loading trucks and asked repeatedly if we were going to do this in 2 trips. As we were moving 4 states away, the answer was definitely no. We had to instruct them to put the heavy furniture in first and then stack the lighter items on top. The workers were very nice and polite and were strong enough to do the work but I would not recommend this company.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
They can expect nothing but the best from our crews. Our movers work effectively and professionally at all times. We always provide great customer service by keeping in touch with customers, always being honest and keeping our customers in the loop at all times.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect a crew ready to get the job done. Our crews are always more then wiling to accommodate the customers. They can also expect a confirmation call from the crew. As well as, another call to confirm the ETA of the movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer can reach out to us if anything changes after that confirmation call. They can also reach out to add on any last minute requests such as: ropes, dollies, extra movers or request for specific tools to disassemble or reassemble furniture.
What types of moves have you handled?
Our crews have handled out of state moves, local moves, long distance moves, piano moves, office moves, small moves such as rearranging houses or storage's. We have pretty experienced movers. We accept all jobs no matter the size or distance. We are always ready to go above and beyond for our customers.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We all enjoy making it easier on the customers. We have all had our fair share of moves and we can empathize with the customers. We understand that it could be a stressful day for them. The last thing our customers need is for us to make this day for them any harder. We also enjoy giving customers a helping hand. We know that everyone needs one sometimes.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have our movers visit a personal trainer to make sure that they are in the best shape possible. We also have "moc" moves where we have the movers either load or unload a truck. We help them with different packing techniques to help them become great movers.

We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
