The two young men were fine. However I booked my container via Pack rat and the package included 3 hours of two people loading it. They in turn went to HireAhelper who then hired these company they worked for, owned by one of their fathers. I gave Pack Rat a complete listing of my items including a Gun Safe. when the movers got close to having the container full I asked about the safe and they told me they could not move it, then he called his dad who wanted to grift me over the phone for $350. I said no thanks and he kept on then started complaining I was not returning his calls during the week then just started acting like an a$$hole. I told them to stop at 3 hours, paid what was owed and will never use Pack Rat again. I now have to rent a U-Haul and more movers to finish the job.

They are very hard working. Very nice and accommodating.. the helpers we had were in business over 15 years and knew what they were doing. I would recommend them again.

They were late arriving.
I prepaid for three hours service to load a pod, however, they were determined to get it done as quick as possible, because they had other commitments to get to. They were finished short of two hours time. And of course, there is no refund for the unused time that was wasted.
I felt there was NO regard or respect to the value of my belongings. Everything was hastily and sloppily shoved in as quick as possible. I have quite a few unique antique and valuable pieces that I did take the time to pre-wrap or box carefully. This made no difference in how it was all crammed in, and they were not able to fit everything in, in spite of quite a bit of wasted space.
My move is long distance across several states, and I am already fearing the state of condition I will be finding at the unload of this pod.
Perhaps if they had not been in such a rush, took the time to load a little more carefully, I would not of had to rent a u-haul for the remainder either.
Wanted to sit down and cry when it was all finished.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We send out a text to every customer (it may take a day or so but you will receive it before your move) it requires them answer each question as it’s very important! If we don’t immediately reach out to you please don’t get worried, we stay busy and it’s our promise to get every customer taken care of with with the respect and full attention on the items they cherish. If we can’t get to the phone if you call, plz respect that we are giving a customer our full attention as we will give you on your move day!

Passion for what we do! A crew that will handle their belongings as if it were their grandmothers prized possessions, respect, trustworthy men that move really fast and the knowledge to get the job done and take every stress off the customers back!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have labeled boxes is a plus, everything packed and ready to be loaded, make sure we have a clear walkway to and from the truck (it’s a hazard and danger to your belongings and to the crew members), please trust we know how to load a truck and no instructions are appreciated.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We have an in hand in the field training. We always bring a new guy of course he is an extra guy the customer does not pay for but what better way to train a man, you can’t teach moving you have to experience it. And to be a great mover you have to have passion and again you can’t teach passion you either have it or you don’t! We can’t see or know unless we put them inside the field!
