They were on time. At first they scoffed at direction from my wife, as we wanted to ensure the truck was loaded best for the unload into the new house. They then agreed and worked hard and moved a lot in that time. We did give information that we would be adding to what they loaded. Unfortunately, they loaded the truck in a way that had fragile items turned over and underneath heavy items, etc. I spent 2 hours re-arranging the material in the truck to avoid incurring more damage. I would expect a moving company to know how to load a truck, and was disappointed. Would not use them again.

Great job! Worked so hard on a Saturday morning in this Michigan heat on an August morning. They were very respectful of the items they were moving as well as the property. They came equipped with steps and dollies and had enough experience to look at an item and tell the best way to get it into the house. Outstanding work. I highly recommend them!
