They did an excellent job, and it was a tough one. It was a bigger job than they had expected but they worked hard and efficiently, with a very good attitude and good humor. I would definitely recommend Kendrick and his team.
We originally expected to unload an 8-foot PODS container, but it turned out to be a fully loaded, maxed-out 16-foot PODS container. The job also included a long carry to the elevator, unloading into your apartment, and taking additional items to the first-floor storage area. Even with the unexpected increase in work, we were happy to get everything completed safely, efficiently, and with a positive attitude.

The crew came on time and was prepared. They are definitely experienced with loading pods and we’re able to compact so much within the pod and we’re able to leave the final bits. Relatively loosely packed so it was easy for me to access. I would highly recommend Acme and use them again.

Everyone knows that moving is a “high stress” chore. Kendric Jackson and his crew are amazing at their job and took all the stress away!! Kendric’s communication was great confirming his arrival time and
his professional attitude was reassuring.
He orchestrated the move with a thorough hand and watchful eye. The POD was positioned down a steep hill but Kendric and his crew weren’t deterred and said they had it handled. I owned a number of businesses for 40 years and I learned that I’m you can teach someone the job but you can’t teach them to care, Kendric truly cares a real rarity today.

Sean came prepared with his furniture pads, shrink wrap and tape and it made a real difference. For customers who need supplies we bring everything — pads, shrink wrap and tape — just let us know in advance.
