The two guys who came today were on time and courteous. They worked efficiently. They recommended to rearrange the load and managed to get it into one POD! I highly recommend this team of people.

On September 18 Tom and Vinnie did a good job. They were on time. Tom immediately assessed my needs and informed me I would need another moving POD. They did not wrap my leather furniture well enough and I have discovered a tear in the leather sofa. I had plenty of blankets to protect the furniture in the pod. I would rate them lower for this but overall they did a good job on the 18th.

I cannot give enough positive feedback for the Family Movers located in Lakeland. We asked for three helpers. Billy, Desiree and Tom were our helpers. The team arrived promptly on time. They were energetic, respectful of property and very friendly from the time they arrived till the time job was finished. I had a 16’ Pack Rat container to fill. As we walked through my home, they listened to what was priority and anything in doubt, they would ask before storing in container. Cannot believe the pace they kept and the amount of totes, furniture, etc. they strategically were able to place in container! Billy even gave tips on how many blankets I would need for furniture that will eventually be stored. I would recommend this team to my neighbors as well as family. Kudos to this dynamic trio!!!!

What types of moves have you handled?
We are both labor and full service, for commercial, and residential. We also work for a Restoration company. We do a lot of Fire, Water, Mold where we clear out effected homes, then when the work in the home is done, we move it all back in. And set things back up.

The people you meet and the stories they share.

Basic lifting techniques, communication between Movers, proper packing and padding techniques...
