Were punctual and worked very hard to pack everything neatly and securely in the Pods container. Wrapped the furniture in blankets to protect it and tied the Pods container off in sections to prevent excessive shifting. Great job! I’d hire them again in an instant without a second thought.

They called to let me know they were going to be an hour late. Communication was great. They were very respectful and courteous. I’ll have to see when I unload the POD in a few months the condition of my things. Otherwise I would recommend Hire-A-Helper.

The two guys contacted me when they were on the way... arrived a few minutes early. both were extremely respectful and polite. Did a quick walk through and they got started with the loading. Both guys were professional, upbeat, and were constantly moving. Totally satisfied with this service and would definitely use them again and also recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

The team from Family Movers were very good, they arrived on time and started right away. They were friendly and worked to unload the POD in N efficient manner. They were polite and worked well together. I would recommend them if you are looking for some to help you in your move.

Excellent move led by Billy (owner) and his team - Tom and Vinny. They took time to review what had to be done (it was not straight forward because some things had to go into PODs and other things into a truck heading to an apartment), then got straight to work. They finished everything on schedule. They were very knowledgeable and very careful with everything they did. Further, they were friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again.

I could not have asked for a better experience working with Family Movers . Everyone I interacted with Crystal Frank and Jerry were very personable worked hard to make me happy customer and I am delighted with my experience. Everybody showed up on time everybody treated my belongings with care and packed them for the maximum use of my storage unit. They even tackled special projects for me that also provided a great amount of relief. I have rehired them for returning the furniture from the Pod back to the house I fully expect it will be another great experience.

What types of moves have you handled?
We are both labor and full service, for commercial, and residential. We also work for a Restoration company. We do a lot of Fire, Water, Mold where we clear out effected homes, then when the work in the home is done, we move it all back in. And set things back up.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Basic lifting techniques, communication between Movers, proper packing and padding techniques...
