The three gentlemen from Mighty Titan movers were very professional. They carefully blanketed and wrapped in plastic every piece of furniture. Hooked up the washer and dryer and we’re incredibly careful with every piece. I highly recommend them.

I am very nervous to see how many items are broken when we get to the destination. I would absolutely not recommend them, or at least the crew we had. We have always had easy moves (and a lot of them) up until this point. The movers were not rude, however, they were incredibly rough with just about everything. They didn’t even try to be careful with the things on the dolly as they went on any stair(s). We tried to stay out of their as much as possible but we were in the kitchen when they were in the living room, one of them was yanking on the sectional trying to get it apart over and over. They were kindly told how to take it apart..just a little surprised by that one.
We were not babysitting them, as that has never been a need before and shouldn’t be necessary. Because they ran out of room with the pods (not blaming them for that), they simply left things upstairs AND in the backyard…mind you it was all heavy stuff. They had said they would move it to the garage. It seemed as though when they realized everything wouldn’t fit, they got lazy. Not a pleasant experience in the slightest. Still shocked at how rough they were, if it were their items, I am sure they would have been more gentle. They were also late and put the original time they were supposed to arrive on the paperwork at the end to add up the amount to pay. We have zero problem paying but honesty is preferred.
