They were on time, very polite and efficient (took less than the booked 2 hrs). I would absolutely use them again. Only downfall was they did not have tools to help put legs on a couch, but to there defense I did not specifically request that they have tools - wasn’t a big deal tho. Once I found my tool box they stayed to help. Thank you!

Overall, they got the job done very quickly (in half the time I paid for). They placed the furniture and boxes exactly where I wanted them to. The only reason they are not receiving 5 stars is because they were late and made us wait.

Although the workers were professional and did a good job, they were almost 2 hours late.
For the < 60 minutes I needed them I got charged $ 180. 00
I don’t think I should be charged that much because we had to wait .
