Our movers postponed from 10-11 to 2-3. Then rescheduled to 3:30 and then closer to four. We could never get them to answer our calls. At 5 PM we called to cancel. It was very disappointing that we hired babysitters to watch the kids while we staged everything outside for the movers and they never showed. We missed a graduation party for my nephew today while waiting.

Mover's response:

So sorry about this. One of the guys felt sick due to the heat and could no longer work . Causing us not only your job but other ones that day to cancel/reschedule.

From start to finish I cannot say how pleased I am with the service we received.
Clear communication on the front end and on arrival. The Team was efficient, careful and very respectful.

To say the Team moved quick is an understatement. They moved our contents up three flights of stairs at a speed I was totally impressed with and to top it all off, everything moved without a scratch.

I will definitely hire again for the next move.
