Damaged items. Then when I tried to report it all I got was a run around. First I was told a form would be emailed to me, it was not. ( yes I checked my spam and trash ). After voice and emails I did get several messages to my phone. The few times I tried to return the calls I received an automated message saying all lines are busy and to call back. When I and my wife both tried to call back multiple times we got an automated message saying now that calls can not be redirected to assistance. Finally I was able to answer the call before the message was done being left and was able to talk to a human. The lady that was calling told me the email had been sent and to check my spam and trash. I told her that I did and it wasn’t there. Her response to that was what ever , She then me she had just sent it but, when I opened the browser there was nothing. I again checked my spam and trash, nothing there. She said that she would try it again and this time it came to my inbox. She told me just to follow the link and it would take me to a form to fill out. In the email the link stated to open a portal just enter your email address and they would do the rest. If there was no response after ten minutes try again. Well after five attempts by me and one by wife we feel we’ve been scammed. Looks like I will chalk this one up to live and learn. Beware of scammers when moving.

On the day of the scheduled pick-up, we had a storm that came through our area, which felt like a Hurricane, but the crew came through and did their job and did it WELL! I've never seen ANYONE, stack a POD like they did and my wife and I were VERY SATISFIED!!! We will definitely be using them again!!

OMG! the two gentlemen showed up on time and worked non-stop! I joked with them that they must not be union because they barely stopped for water break and it was over 90 degrees outside. I was totally amazed at the whole packing process. One man brought out boxes, totes, furniture and the other man mentally was organizing the loading. they worked together like a fine tuned machine They were very polite and respectful of us and our belongings. They more than earned their wages. I would absolutely use them again and have already passed on this information to a member getting ready to move. Thank you so very much! Give those guys a raise!

Sylvester and Dave arrived right on time! Very nice, professional. They did everything needed in 1/2 the time and kept asking "what else?" They left requested space in the POD for some last minute items and advised how to load it.
