Movers Jason, Steve and Ritchie were very polite, but arrived 3 hours late. My initial reservation was made in advance for 9am. Had to change the time to 12pm to 2pm when trailer was delivered at noon. No problems there. However, they showed at 5pm. When they got there they began working immediately. The weather was very hot and humid, but they got everything off the truck with no damage to it or the house. They completed the job exactly on time. Kudos! I would recommend them, but be sure about time.

We hired Focus Movers through Hire A Helper to move furniture and boxes out of our home into a POD for storage and moving. The guys arrived and got right to work. They knew exactly what they were doing, worked as a team and completed a lot of work within the specified time. I was very impressed with their professionalism and confidence. The 2 guys that were sent were fantastic. They were timely and worked hard throughout. I was skeptical when they stated they could get everything packed up in just over 1 truck load, but sure enough they did. They followed instruction well when directed where items were to go and never complained once. Would definitely hire again.

The two movers were on time and were amazing. They first came into my apartment, where I had already packed everything, to see what the best course of action was in packing the truck. Which I really appreciated in making sure everything fit well in the truck and would arrive at the new apartment in good condition. They unpacked the truck so quickly and were great with putting items in the rooms they needed to go in. I would definitely recommend!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Any client that books with Focus Movers will get a high class Moving experience just as all of our current clients do. We are close to a 5 Star rating for a reason and we will continue to be as such.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your Moving day expect a call a half hour to 45 minutes before our arrival and also please expect to just relax. We will take care of it all. Our professional crew has the skill and knowledge to handle it all.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please prepare for your Moving day by having everything packed and ready to go. We offer packing help too at no additional cost. The more you have done the faster we can do what is neded.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done it all. We currently have State Jobs , we handle commercial and residential moves too. There is nothing in this industry that we have not tackled.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being movers is the excitement of seeing our hard work pay off which normally ends with a smile and a 5 Star Rating.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We offer 1st class training to all of our crew members. Each member is a full time staffed employee and also has 3 years minimum experience in the Moving industry . (No Day Laborers Here) this is our life.
