Overall they worked very quickly and were respectful. The method on which they loaded the truck was not preferred as it was very hard to unload and things basically just came crashing down. They also were 2.5 hours late. They called me before hand and said they would be a few minutes late - a ‘few minutes’ is not 150 minutes.

We scheduled a 7 AM unloading. At 6:10 am, they texted that they would be late as they were driving from 2 1/2 hours away. They didn’t arrive until about noon. Once they arrived, the service was good.
