They didn’t take care of my furniture like I wanted. They didn’t wrap the wooden pieces with the POD blankets like they should have. They just draped over the wooden pieces with tables and didn’t secure the blankets. I am worried that shifting in transit will cause a lot of problems. I mentioned it to them several times but they said every thing was okay .. I moved with PODS from Florida 4 years ago and I saw how the furniture should be wrapped, so I have seen it done correctly.

They were prompt, courteous and did a good job. Two things I wish they had done differently: when they arrived and took a look at the items they said it would all fit. However it didn't all fit and we had to rent a uhaul for extra items. If they had told me up front it wasn't going to all fit I would've told them what to load first etc. Also they got the door jammed closed at the end and it wouldn't open. They finally got it open and I told them to take out the bed frame that was causing the problem and we put it in the uhaul. A little too stressful for us!!
