They were 4 and half hours late to load my relocation cube. In between when they finally contacted me and when their show-up window ended, I was calling their management and frantically trying to find alternatives. No response from their management whatsoever. The assigned movers contacted me 2 and half hours later to see if I still needed their help. I accepted the offer. Big mistake because I did not realize they wouldn’t show up for another two hours. I had an obligation 2 hours after they started, so it was rushed and the cube’s space was not packed efficiently. I was going to load the rest myself but didn’t have a way to do it as the “Tetris” was poorly done.
I called the management again to make a complaint with no answer yet again. I sent an email and a follow up email with zero response. They do not want to take responsibility for the poor service or make it right. I spent so much money to get little value and a whole mess of stress. I am at a crossroads of whether I need to get lawyers or small claims court involved to recoup even a portion of my payment. It was that bad.

There were a few stumbles at the beginning, but we recovered, and the move went as planned. The team was efficient and took care with our things. We scheduled a two-hour move; the team was in and out in an hour. Very polite!

Showed up on time. Very hard workers. Non stop action. I got tired just watching them. Very knowledgeable about packing and moving. Brought all need supplies. Were very careful with our stuff. Nothing was damaged. I will definitely be using them again when we move from our storage units into our new house.

Only used them for two hours and had originally paid for three. Couldn’t get any refund for the hour i didn’t need them. Think the service should have offered this.
