I needed 3 movers to move my furniture from the garage into my home that I just purchased. One mover (Josh) was amazing. Unfortunately, the other 2 had no experience and moved at the pace of a very cold snail. Those two put a hole in my wall and broke 2 pieces of furniture. Poor Josh was trying to teach them and move my things. So, Josh gets a 5 star, not the other two. I would never use them again because they don't seem to manage their jobs well. One inexperienced is okay, but I felt like I was paying tuition. The company did reimburse me for the extra hour. But there is no way I could deal with that kind of stress. I will say they were all very professional and tried to do well.
