We are very personable so you don't have to be afraid to show concern if you are unhappy with anything. Also, we will always show up for you. We have 0 "no shows" and it will stay that way. I was told they would be there between 10 and 11. I made it to the storage around 10:10-15a. They started at 10:28a taking stuff off the truck. One of the guys left about 15 to 20m to take his wife something. It was brought to my attention that I was getting ready to go over and that their time start when they make it there. Not when they actually start. They say they not on the same accord with the people on the site. So, I finish getting the stuff off the truck that I can handle myself and let them go, so I wouldn't be caught up with extra charges.

Eager workers. Our workers are happy to get out of the house and serve new people. We are friendly but we are also quick.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
On moving day the best way to prepare is to have everything ready to go. Everything we are moving should be packed, cleaned off, broken down, and paths cleared (unless you are paying for those other services).
What types of moves have you handled?
The only types of moves we have not handled are grand pianos, baby grand pianos, and international moves. Everything else we pretty much have covered.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being a mover is being able to meet and service all different types of people.
