I wish I had good things to say about the service received. The crew arrived 30 minutes late, and when they did show up, they brought a decrepit dolly whose brace welds had snapped. Had we not started packing the vehicle while we waited for their arrival (and had we not had our own hand trucks and four wheel carts) the job would not have gotten done in time. The helpers themselves were kind and professional—I just felt their company did not set them up for success on this job.

The movers called to confirm their arrival time. When they were on site, they did a great job loading, organizing everything in the truck, and unloading. At the end they also managed to finish on time. Overall, I'm happy with their service!

Dwayne & Jaden were excellent. They had all the proper tools and completed the job in 2 hours. They were helpful, courteous, kind and gentle with everything we own, including the fragile items. You should be confident in sending them to any job with a clear professionalism in how they worked through a loaded POD while making sure everything was carefully placed in the rooms as they were labeled. They did not put the beds together which I thought was part of the service. A little rough getting the furniture upstairs.
They were friendly and worked quickly. They also were able to get two big couches in a tight doorway which was very difficult.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A followed up phone to introduce our Move Coordinator and an opportunity to discuss the details of the move and any special instructions on the date of service. We will also call the day before to confirm the order is still scheduled as planned.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our trained and skilled crew will follow up with an introduction call from the morning of the job to confirm all needed material and tools that are needed with and estimated arrival time. As well as 15 minutes before arriving the crew will call the customer so the customer is prepared for their arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please remove all items from the dresser drawers to avoid any values being misplaced or any fragile items being damaged. Have all boxes labeled and sealed (fragile, Kitchen, bob's room, etc.). Please have all pets confined to one area during the move. Please don't book a family outing or event on the same day as move day because unexpected situations occur beyond our control.

We have handled a variety type of moves from (loca, long distance, Office Moves, college moves, In-house moves, and evictions.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The opportunity to meet and greet new people from all walks of life such as different religions, corporate america, famous, etc. The ability to learn from each of them and open my mind to new things in life.
