Hire a helper that did reach out about the damages. We did receive the picture of the couch as well as the three boxes where the structure integrity were compromised.


After speaking with the team and reviewing the pictures ourselves as well as hire helper We did come to conclusion that our company packed everything as efficiently as a standard move should be packed.

Basing the pictures of the couch as well. Several of the pictures from the team taken and their statements. They utilized every blanket, bubble wrap for the vases and lamps and all the shrink wrap that was provided.

The team did staff all the boxes properly by size as we should and there was a lot more miscellaneous items than originally discussed and even notified about. So we do apologize about the box. Three of the boxes having structure integrity compromised, but we did not receive any pictures of anything inside the boxes.

With the couch, I'm not sure if hire helper had a chance to explain this. The pictures we have are the two couches wrapped in the remaining amount of blankets provided. Stacked intertwining back-to-back in unlocking there's no way upon the team unloading should the couch have been ripped. We did not stack anything to compromise the integrity of it. Unfortunately due to the pictures and having the boxes properly stacked we can't provide any compensation. Nothing inside the boxes were broken and the couches where it staffed properly and the team utilize all materials provided.

We didn't even receive communication about this from you. We received it from the ad agency As at the end of the day is of ad agencies decision. Unfortunately, it's all decision as well. We did perform our duty to the best of our abilities.
