The workers showed up on time, worked well. However, they were constantly stating that they couldn't be responsible for damage while unloading/moving certain items. Also could not move some heavier items upstairs to 2nd floor (another instance of "can't be responsible for damage, etc.). Workers did not have tools to remove doors to allow some larger pieces to be moved into the home (no doubt could not be responsible for possible damage while removing a door). Probably would not use again.
