They were absolutely wonderful. The two men arrived right on time. They were extremely polite and professional. They were quick and efficient while being very careful with all my items. I was very pleased with this company and would definitely use them again. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. I wished I had written down their names. They deserve credit for a job well done.

Michael and his team were terrific. Working through PODS recommendation for loaders in my area, every step detailed in the PODs contract (e.g., when Conquistador would call - within a few days of agreement and night before) was met. The team arrived on time, wrapped all my furniture in materials they brought to the home, packed and padded with materials I provided, and secured in POD with rope we both provided. Loading well was critical, and Michael sorted and resorted to achieve the best, most efficient and complete use of space. Loading look few hours than I projected (no refund of hours not used but that is fair since they were booked for the hours I gave). Everything fit! with room to add my vacuum the next day. I fully recommend Conquistador and PODS for moving.

Workers were on time, prepared, and ready to work. Packed the PODS systematically, wrapped all furniture so it wouldn't get damaged, and worked to the last second to fit everything in and tie it down. They did a great job!

For us, having EVERYTHING packed and ready to be loaded saved time and stress. We believe that part of a success on any move, is important that customers do they part (having things READY) so, the movers can do their job efficiently. Mike and his helpers arrived on time. I was extremely grateful that Mr Lucero was able to accommodate my last minute scheduling change request. Since my POD delivery wasn't able to be stored in the secured parking area of my new 2 bedroom apartment residence I was concerned about the security of my belongings as keeping my original appointment would mean leaving the POD in an unsecured parking lot overnight. I called Mr. Lucero about noon - he was at my residence by 1pm! He and another person unloaded my furnishings in 2.5 hours. Having the unload done a day early saved me much worry. I would highly recommend Conquistador Moving Service. I appreciated their hard work ethic, preparedness, and respectful professionalism. I would use them again in a heart beat!
