I was very happy with Grade A Movers. Norris and Robert were very pleasant and professional and easy to work with. They got the job done well within the two hour minimum. I would re-hire these two gentlemen in a hot minute.
I was not happy with a simply moving labor marketplace company that arranged the move because I feel their contract was misleading. The contract was for a minimum of two hours which we were under, and I did not know that we would have to pay for a total of five hours, which I had not planned on. However, the Grade A Movers were fantastic, and I have filed a complaint with a simply moving labor company.

The Norris Team was polite and did a decent job. I can't give them a 5 however because there was a lack of communication on their part and they weren't as careful with my things as I expected. I was only given vague guidelines on what supplies would be needed for my move and I didn't have enough blankets. They came to my house two days and didn't tell me on day 1 that I couldn't put my clothing rack (which was in my garage so they saw it) in the PODS container. I was scrambling at the last minute to throw my clothes in bags and boxes as they were going to just lay them haphazardly in the container unprotected for a cross-country move and 2 months of storage. I provided plenty of shrink wrap that was not used to cover my white upholstered dining chairs. Some of my furniture was dismantled and I don't know where all the hardware was stored in the PODS container. It should have been bagged and taped to the furniture it goes with. I was busy working while they were packing so I did not look over their shoulders. In hindsight, I should have done that. I was told I could pay for extra time if necessary. When their time was up and my move wasn't done, I asked if they could stay longer and they said no even though they had only been there for 5 hours.

I could not have asked for a better and more amazingly helpful moving crew!! The two gentlemen that helped me move were exceptionally kind, quick, strong, and truly went above and beyond helping me with anything I had to move big or small. I had a full 16’ moving truck and a trailer filled with large furniture and had hoped to get about 1/2 of the belongings moved since I only booked 2hrs and understood it was a lot. To the most pleasant surprise they moved almost every single last thing on both the trailer and truck, I could not have been more happy and thankful for those amazing wonderful sweet souls!!! They made sure to ask where each item should go in the new apartment, moved all items with ease not a single thing scratched or damaged, and they were truly truly the sweetest people ever reminding me and my roommate to stay hydrated and take it easy and anything they saw me struggling/over-exerting myself with they took off my hands. I could go on and on about how utterly grateful I am for the whole experience, those incredible gentlemen deserve nothing but the utmost praise and a cold pillow under their heads every night!!!

I guess some of it was my fault. I didn’t check upstairs before they left. They left part of the bed upstairs and they didn’t take down the bunk beds and left the long dresser upstairs, which I wanted to take with me. They were very polite and respectful. They called to say they were running late and got here at 9:30, which I was fine with.
