On moving day, the customer can expect for the crew leadman to call before arrival to notify them that the crew is on the way with an estimated time of arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Preparation is key from the move itself to the time of the move. It’s always good to have everything packed and labeled correctly on boxes as well as having the necessary furniture protection for items such as wood and glass. Also, having protection for TV's such as TV boxes is also helpful.
