If I could give a zero star rating, I would, but here's the obligatory one star rating. I was lured in by the lower pricing because I was working with a tight budget. I should have known when they didn't contact me the day before the move. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought they would call me the day of. But nothing an hour, during the hour they were supposed to show up or even after. In fact, this is the second time this has happened with this company, according to another moving crew. I worry the other reviews are bots or paid for because it's concerning when another moving crew knows your company is known for being no-shows. Don't let the low price fool you - invest in your movers.

Showed up 20mins later than window. They did call about 5mins after the window saying they would be late. Nice guys. But didn't come equipped to move heavy items. Lifted my refrigerator wrong and scratched my floor. Offered lift straps and they declined at first and then couldn't figure it out I after insisted they use them after they scratched my floors. One mover cut his finger and proceeded to bleed on my stuff. I offered a bandaid he declined. And the he continued to bleed so I insisted he take my offer. Again nice guys but from my professions. I would strongly recommend hiring someone else. My wife and I had to finish the move ourselves to ensure our stuff wasn't covered in blood and our property was damaged further.
